Mark Broussard, Senior Director of Basketball Communications, is refuting rapper Lil Wayne's claims that he was "banned" from attending Miami Heat games. Wayne said that he was barred from games and went on an expletive-filled tirade this past weekend at an All-Star event in Houston were blasted the Miami Heat organization.
According to TMZ, Broussard said that there is "no truth at all" to Wayne's claims that he has been banned.
Though it is still unclear what actually led to Wayne leaving the game between the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers at American Airlines Arena last week, Broussard says that Wayne left the game voluntarily.
